I am from Pennsylvania and have moved to Glasgow, Scotland to marry the love of my life and my best friend of 16 years. I left 3 jobs when I moved and not being able to work for an indefinite amount of time, due to Visa restrictions, was something that was very hard to wrap my head around. With suggestions from my husband and my friends I decided to begin my blog. I wanted to do this to help myself deal with the transition and also to inform as well as entertain people. I have chosen to use the blog to pass on information, recipes, day to day dealing with life in a new country and yes… my love story. I intend to pull no punches with what I am going to say and I hope that this blog will be as useful and enjoyable for me to write as it is for my readers.
